Guatemala Survey 2010 |
1. Section One
Joint Council, Guatemala 900, and the Congressional Coalition on Adoption Institute are conducting this survey in order to provide U.S. Members of Congress and the Guatemalan Embassy with accurate information as to the specifics of the adoptions that remain in process in Guatemala.
By competing this survey you allow Joint Council the unequivocal right to share the information with U.S. congressional offices and the Guatemalan Embassy.
Please do not complete this survey if you have already completed your adoption and arrived in the U.S. with your child(ren) from Guatemala.
Your participation is needed and appreciated, as we hope this will help to bring the children of Guatemala home.
If you are in the process of adopting more than one child, please fill out a separate survey for each child.
