On behalf of NAEM, we thank you in advance for your participation in this NAEM EHS MIS Survey. We value your participation and appreciate you taking 15 minutes out of your busy schedule to complete it!

The results of the survey will be presented and discussed in a special professionally facilitated session at the NAEM EHS MIS Conference March 2-3 in San Antonio, TX. Additionally, all survey respondents will receive a full summary of the results via email in March.

The goal of the survey is to enpower you with useful, timely information. As such, bear in mind that the results can only be as meaningful as the specificity & effort that goes into the answers. Please complete this survey no later than Friday, February 18th, so that we can have the results ready in time for the workshop presentation.
