What should Louisiana’s Congressional priorities be?

In November, Louisiana voters will be heading to the polls to decide who will represent them in Washington, D.C. In October, Louisiana Public Square explores what the priorities should be for the state’s congressional delegation. Should the focus be on job creation or tax relief? Should more funds go towards coastal restoration or securing the Southern border? Are maintaining federal agriculture subsidies more important than lowering the ozone threshold? And what role should the state’s delegation play in the future of the Affordable Care Act? Join us as Louisiana Public Square looks for answers on “Louisiana’s Congressional Priorities” Wednesday, October 22 at 7 p.m. on LPB HD. (Taping date: Thursday, October 16.)
