The City of East Lansing is in the process of collecting information on residents' perception of the deer population in East Lansing. This is in response to concerns expressed by residents about the current population of deer and the effects they have on the community. In addition to this survey, the City will review car/deer accident data and deer herd statistics to determine next steps in its deer management plan.

We appreciate your willingness to provide input on this subject. The information you provide will help determine what action, if any, the City of East Lansing will take to control the deer population.
