Introduction:

Each year, the Department of Libraries collects information on library budget requests and the results of Town Meeting and town budget votes. We report this information to the Secretary of Administration and to the Governor’s Office.

Please let us know how your library fared by answering the survey questions.

a. Some towns have not yet held Town Meeting. If that is true for your library, please answer all questions that apply and question 7.
