Welcome to CMIQ’s 2013 Multi-Channel Adoption and Integration survey, and thank you for participating in this research designed to help business deliver a better multi-channel experience for customer service, marketing and sales.
The survey should take you no more than 20-25 minutes, and you can exit the survey and return to complete it at your convenience without losing your data if you use the same computer terminal.
As our thanks to you for sharing your time and insight with our community, we'll give you a copy of the complete report (due in August 2013) and enter you in our drawing for one of five complimentary passes to the online event Best of Call Center Week (August 21, 2013).
