Below is a short survey designed to measure the impact on California affiliate marketers after the Affiliate Nexus Tax law was passed June 29, 2011. Results from this survey will help the PMA inform legislators and the public on the devastation to affiliates after this law was passed. It will help us with the upcoming Referendum battle to get this law reversed, and it will help us convince legislators in other states to abandon this concept once and for all.
