Alongside volunteers, motivated paid staff are critical to the success of many third sector organisations and projects.
We know that many of you love what you do, but that sometimes it's difficult to get by on third sector pay, or cope with growing workloads.
That's why we now want to hear from anyone who works for a third sector organisation in Scotland - charity, community group, social enterprise - to find out what you think about:
- job satisfaction
- job security
- remuneration and benefits
- workload
- work-life balance
- training and development opportunities
This is the first time that SCVO has surveyed sector staff like this, so I really hope you can take 5 minutes to feed in your views.
I would appreciate if you could respond by Monday 9th February.
Your response is completely anonymous, and we will make the findings available at the end of February.
