Thank you for taking time to complete this short survey on the sustainability efforts being undertaken at your school or district. This survey is being conducted by a task force of state legislators, representatives from several state departments, and several not for profit organizations to better understand the types of sustainability initiatives schools are currently particpating in. The results of the survey will be included in a report to the Illinois General Assembly focused on the state of sustainability in Illinois schools.
