Small Group Leader Survey

My name is John Dobbs and I live in Monroe, Louisiana. I am hoping to survey small group leaders across the country from any Christian denomination over the next few weeks. The deadline for this survey is February 28. I am gathering information and surveying attitudes about leading small groups because I will be speaking to a group of small group leaders gathered at a national workshop in March. The survey is anonymous, but if you would like to be in a drawing for some small group resources, then you can add your contact information at the end of the survey.
