* 6. For those that wish to have it, there will be make-your-own sub sandwiches for lunch on Saturday. The cost will be $5 per person which will entitle you to two subs on fresh 8" buns from a local bakery with your choice of ham, turkey, or roast beef. If you would like to take part please check the box below.

* 7. The cost for the tournament is $20 for NAF members and $25 for non-NAF members (but if you are a non-NAF member and you sign up at the tournament I'll put the extra $5 towards your membership). Half of the tournament fees collected are going to be donated to The Deck Youth Centre (the tournament venue). If you wish you may receive a tax-deductible charitable donation receipt for the $10 of your tournament fees that are being donated in this fashion.
