The purpose of this questionnaire is to gather information for a history of the charismatic renewal and its influence on South African Christianity, especially in the period 1960-1994.

If you were in South Africa at any time during that period, and had any experience of the charismatic renewal, whether as a participant, observer or opponent, I would be grateful if you would take part in this survey. Since this is for historical research, rather than sociological research, anonymous participation is of little use, so if you participate you should be willing to give contact information.
