SE Lincoln-Harrison-Ladd Neighborhood Greenway Survey
SE Lincoln-Harrison-Ladd Streets between Clay St and SE 60th Ave have been designated as a Neighborhood Greenway for several decades. The route is prioritized for people walking, biking and rolling and has been modified over several decades to provide a safe and comfortable route. This project will make capital improvements to reduce cut-through car traffic, address high speeds, and create a low stress environment for people walking and biking on SE Ladd/Harrison/Lincoln between SE Clay and SE 60th.
