The Water Quality Association’s Women in Industry (WIN) Advisory Council is a group of women water treatment professionals that:
  • Helps advise members and member companies on hot topics within the female workforce
  • Builds enthusiasm for more women to enter the water treatment industry
  • Encourages women to more actively participate in WQA as a means of developing leadership and fostering diversity within the association
