eHealth Initiative is launching the 2020 Roadmap, a public-private collaborative that includes a series of surveys, webinars, executive roundtables, and events to convene key constituencies, create consensus and help shape the future. All organizations and individuals are invited to participate in the process. As we look ahead to the next five years, it is critical to reexamine recent policy, innovation, and technology efforts, and identify the best path forward towards health system delivery transformation.

This survey consists of 10 questions and should take less than 5 minutes to complete. Results from the survey will help inform the eHealth Initiative 2020 Roadmap. All responses will be kept confidential.

Survey respondents will receive a discount code to attend the upcoming Annual Forum on Data and Analytics in Healthcare on May 21-22 in Washington, DC. If you have any questions about the survey or 2020 Roadmap, please contact Jon Dimsdale, Director of Programs and Research at eHealth Initiative.

Thanks for your participation!
