This registration page is for individuals impacted by COPD (patients, family members and caregivers) who want to attend the patient-focused sessions of COPD10usa. The main content of this workshop runs from 9 am to 5 pm on Friday, July 28, 2017 in Chicago IL.

Q:What is a COPDusa conference?
A: COPD10USA conference brings together hundreds of healthcare professionals and individuals impacted by COPD (patients, family members, caregivers) for two days of cutting edge medical education sessions focused on clinical care, research and care delivery. The Community Education Patient Workshop features a unique program designed specifically for patients on day one of the conference. This day includes some sessions for impacted individuals only and others that bring patients and professionals together for robust discussions that impact patient care.

A: Friday, July 28, 2017 from 9 am to 5 pm

Q: If you don't always feel comfortable driving to a new place, what's a good way to get there?
A: The COPD Foundation is sponsoring a shuttle bus service from Northwest Community Hospital / 800 W. Central Rd. / Arlington Heights, IL 60005. Pick-up and drop off will be in front of The Busse Center for Specialty Medicine. The shuttle bus will run from 8:00-10:00am and 4:00-6:00pm.

Q: What does the patient workshop cost?
A: The fee is $10 that you will pay when you pick up your badge at the conference registration desk. There is nothing to pay now; we will accept cash and credit cards on site.

Patient-focused sessions are highlighted in orange; however, patient and family registrants may attend any session during that time.

Your COPD10USA Conference registration covers attendance in the Community Patient Workshop (you do not need to register for the Workshop if you have registered for the 2-day Conference), valet parking, lunch, coffee, refreshments and access to the exhibit hall. An oxygen storage room will be available for your tanks and extra equipment. Extra oxygen will be onsite for emergency refills only. Please bring a copy of your oxygen prescription to the event.
