This 30-minute exercise will set you, your team, and your customers up for success with the way you are able to serve them without being physically present. This means taking inventory of specifically what you know, what skills you are lacking, and your ongoing attitude when showing up inside of video meetings.
You will be responsible for completing this assessment on your own from a desktop computer.
Once you submit your final answers, you will be directed to an online calendar to schedule a private meeting with Doug Devitre.
A one-time payment of $500 is required to schedule this meeting, receive the results sent to you privately by email, and receive access to our Trello project management board.
The meeting to review the assessment results, Trello board, and help prioritize should last no longer one hour and will be recorded for future playback.
You will be able to customize our Trello board to use our checklist inside of your team's workflow. This way you will know exactly what to do, delegate, and what you definitely are not going to do.
During the scheduled meeting, the results will be discussed with Doug Devitre to craft your own action plan and help you achieve the specific results you desire.
