As a local, service-oriented municipality, the City of Naperville is dedicated to transparency. With this in mind, the City publishes an 800-page financial report annually. To make this document more understandable to residents, we want to publish a "budget-in-brief." In order to make this new document as effective as possible, we need to know what financial information our residents want to know about.
