1. Automated Vehicle Acceptance Survey

Dear Kentucky Resident,

The Center for Transportation Innovation, Department of Civil & Environmental Engineering, University of Louisville (CTI) invites you to share your opinions about automated vehicles by taking a brief survey.

Our research team at CTI, is conducting a state-wide research study that aims to first introduce Kentucky drivers to automated vehicle technology, and second to record your level of acceptance for use on roadways. Your response will be kept strictly confidential. We will neither ask for any personal identification information in the survey nor include any information in our research documents, analysis, presentations, or publications.

Your participation is voluntary. If you choose to participate, you are free to discontinue the survey at any time and/or skip questions. We will keep your identity confidential and will not ask for your personal information in the survey. Only your survey responses will be used in the analysis phase of the study. By answering survey questions, you give consent to us to use your answers in our data analysis. The survey will take about 15 minutes to complete. Please complete the survey by July 31, 2019, to be included in the study results.
