Terms and Conditions: I accept to be a Hosted Buyer at the BLTM '17, on the following terms and conditions:What are the commitments of a Hosted Buyer?A Hosted Buyer commits to spend full time of the hosted part of the trip at the BLTM, to meet and network with the BLTM Exhibitors/Sellers. How many meetings are required?A Hosted Buyer is expected to do as many meetings with Exhibiting sellers as possible, within the time spent at the BLTM which is supposed to be full working day/s of the hosted part of the trip. Each Hosted Buyer is expected attend at least 20 business meetings per day, at the BLTM show floor.What is a meeting?The purpose of a meeting is to discuss a genuine piece of business that an Exhibitor may be able to fulfill. Informal or momentary interactions e.g. merely exchanging social greetings or business cards may not be considered business meetings in that sense. Cancellations and no-shows: After the complimentary tickets have been issued by us and/or complimentary room confirmed, cancellation or no-show at the BLTM, without prior intimation and approval of the Hosted Buyer team will attract a levy of Rs. 5000 ($80) for air-ticket/s issued by us and for each room-night/s reserved by us. A significant shortfall by the Hosted Buyer on the minimum commitments with respect to attending the BLTM and meeting the Sellers as per appointments or otherwise may be treated as a No Show and may also lead to disqualification for any refund.
