1. Welcome to the HOVC Specialist Certification Application

Welcome! Please fill out the following form to the best of your ability. Please e-mail alexandran@iowachange.org with any questions or difficulties.
 
Before you begin, make sure you have the following documents ready to attach to your application:
  • Certificates or proof of completion for Victim Counselor and HOVC Specialist* trainings;
  • A recommendation from your supervisor, also signed by the agency director.**
If you do not have training certificates for your Victim Counselor and/or Core training, contact the training specialist(s) at the organization(s) that provided this training to request a copy.
 
*Certificates from the May 2017 HOVC training were sent to the supervisor for each program. Please check with your supervisor or director if you did not receive your certificate. If you are unable to obtain your certificate from your supervisor, e-mail alexandran@iowachange.org.
