This Survey May Reduce Future Restrictions in Coverage for Equal Pay Litigation for your District

The new Equal Pay Act may impact many Colorado special districts. Take this survey to find out if you are at risk and what resources are available to you.

Colorado passed a new state law in 2019 that imposes penalties and allows damages for unfair wage practices. The law affects all employers in Colorado, including special districts, and will take effect January 1, 2021. In an effort to help your district implement this new law, the CSD Pool is trying to assess what additional resources we need to employ.
