Shared Care Scotland invites you to participate in a survey to gather insights on your experiences and needs related to short breaks and respite care.

Your valuable feedback will contribute to enhancing service provision and informing our advocacy for the Scottish Government’s Right to a Break legislation.

Any comments you provide in your responses will be handled in strictest confidence unless you have given us permission to quote these in our report.

The survey, consisting mainly of multiple-choice questions, should take no longer than 25 minutes.
