  • All applicants must be registered park residents at Villa Montclair, Hacienda, or Monterey Manor
  • Must be a high school junior or senior
  • Applicant's household must have a current Income Certification on file with the park office
  • Priority will be given based on the quality of the application and the ability to meet the application due date
