VA Media Use Survey

Welcome to the Virginia’s Office of Behavioral Health Wellness (OBHW) Health and Wellness Media Campaign survey. We would like to get an idea of what media you use and how you view health and wellness. For this survey, we want to know about your thoughts on all aspects of health and wellness, including physical, mental, emotional, financial, environmental, occupational, spiritual and social aspects of health and wellness. This survey is being administered by OMNI Institute, a Denver-based social science research company.

Your responses to this survey will be kept confidential, and we do not ask your name in this survey. The information we gather will be used to ensure Virginia’s OBHW health and wellness media campaign is reaching its intended audience and is as meaningful as possible. This survey should take about 5 minutes to complete.
