Project Background
The US 2 and SR 21 in Wilbur - Paving and Complete Streets project will involve the repaving of US 2 from Portland St to the Dollar General and SR 21 from US 2 to Prince St.

In 2022, Move Ahead Washington was passed by the Washington State Legislature, requiring the implementation of Complete Streets principles on projects such as this paving project. A Complete Streets project strives to improve travel for all users who walk, bike, and roll regardless of age or ability.
