2026-2027 Virtual Grand Rounds Moderator & Peer Reviewer Sign Up

Thank you for your interest in volunteering to support the MSHP R&E Foundation programming this year! We are seeking volunteers for Virtual Grand Rounds and the Newsletter Committee is also seeking reviewers in advance for our 2027 journal publication. We truly appreciate your time and expertise.

New this year, we will collect your general month and day availability and then send one email per month with the dates available for moderators. We hope this will allow a little more flexibility in scheduling. The VGR schedule will be set the first week of September (sign ups close 8/31/26), so we anticipate the scheduling email requests will go out in September for October and November. We are not hosting any Grand Rounds during the month of December, based on program feedback.

Moderators will be requested approximately 4-8 weeks out and you will receive a calendar invite and script once you are scheduled. Peer Reviewers will be assigned approximately 6 weeks out and you will have at least two weeks to review and submit feedback.
