A committee will decide the most outstanding nomination and also award in three areas, Senior,
Junior and The Australia Day Bay Islander of the Year.

* The Australia Day Bay Islander of the Year for 2018 will be awarded at the Australia Day Event held at The Bay Islands Golf Club, Macleay Island on Friday 26th of January. The presentation will take place at 2.oopm.
This event is supported by Councillor Mark Edwards, the Friendly Bay Islander and the Bay Islands Getaway.
