Survey of Breast cancer management practices for women > 70 years

This research survey is being conducted by Dr. Bhupesh Parashar from Northwell Health. We are conducting a research study about Breast cancer management practices. The following survey should take about 3 minutes to complete.

Participation is voluntary. If you would prefer not to participate, simply exit the survey. Completing, or not completing, the survey will have no impact on your employment at Northwell Health.

3.For women > 70 years of age, patients diagnosed with ductal carcinoma in-situ, post-lumpectomy, less than 2 cm, no high-risk pathological features (e.g., screen-detected, grade I/II, size ≤2.5cm, margins ≥3mm), hormone-receptor positive, patient agrees to endocrine therapy. What would you likely recommend?(Required.)
4.For women > 70 years, T1-T2 invasive ductal cancer, post-lumpectomy, no high-risk features (HR+, HER2-negative, cN0, pT1), and patient intends to take recommended endocrine therapy. What would you likely recommend?(Required.)
5.For women > 70 years, T1-T2, TNBC, s/p lumpectomy, no other high-risk features (cN0, pT1), what will you likely recommend?(Required.)
6.For women > 70 years, T1-2, s/p total mastectomy, negative axillary nodes, <5 cm, margins negative but close (<1mm), what will you likely recommend?(Required.)
7.For breast DCIS, for women > 70 years of age, s/p lumpectomy, receptor positive, no other high-risk features, will you omit radiation boost to the lumpectomy cavity?(Required.)
