At Purple Orange, we involve people who live with disability in our work as much as we can. One of our main goals is to give people living with disability a voice.
If you complete this survey, your answers will be put into a database that everyone in our small team at Purple Orange can access. One of our team members might contact you at some point, to ask if you would like to help us with a project. You can always say no.
We will not share your details with anyone outside Purple Orange.
