Community Survey

We need your feedback!

Your input is needed to help the City of St. Thomas develop its Parks and Recreation Master Plan Update + Community & Aquatic Centre Feasibility Study! The information you provide in this survey will contribute to a greater understanding of local participation and priorities. It will be used to inform decisions about community recreation facilities such as pools and sports facilities, parks and park amenities, and other community spaces.

Instructions:

  • This survey will be available until February 28, 2025 and should take approximately 10 to 15 minutes to complete.
  • This survey should be completed in one session.
  • It is available in both online and print versions. Multiple responses from the same household are not permitted.

By submitting a response to this survey, you agree to the following terms:
  • This survey should be answered by individuals who live in the City of St. Thomas or have used/may use services in the City.
  • Please note that only one (1) submission per household is permitted. You are encouraged to answer on behalf of your household.
  • All responses will be kept confidential and will be reproduced in summary form only.

Hardcopy surveys can be picked up and returned to: City Hall, Joe Thornton Community Centre, St. Thomas Seniors Centre, St. Thomas Public Library, and the Parks Administration Office in Pinafore Park.
