The SDA believes that safety in your DC may be at risk and is being compromised. Since the SDA disputing matters before the commission regarding timings and performance monitoring Coles has moved to retime certain tasks and sections of the shed, in particular ‘replenishment’.
Initial advice received from members has indicated that increasing pressure to achieve the company’s performance expectations (85% - order selecting/ 100% - forklift) is causing workplace heath and safety concerns.
