This survey is intended to collect information from interested members of the City of Maquoketa community about placement of a tree in the boulevard (space between the street and the sidewalk) at their property. If you are interested in helping us raise a tree in this location, please fill out the form below. Thank you!
City of Maquoketa Tree Board reserves the final right to make a tree planting location and type decision based on survey respondent data and present tree diversity and density data in the City of Maquoketa. If selected for a planting, the City offers no utility bill discount for occasional tree watering.
