Community Survey for CDBG Funding 2024

Each year, Cities across the country receive federal Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds from the US Department of Housing and Urban Development. The Cities of Davenport, Moline, & Rock Island each receive CDBG funds for use within their own borders. This survey helps provide insight on what is important to each community individually, and to the region as a whole.

CDBG can be used for eligible activities in the areas of housing, economic development, public facilities, social services, and planning. All funded activities must meet one of the following national objectives: assisting low and moderate-income households; eliminating or preventing slums or blight; or responding to an urgent need.
