Access to El Paso's Playgrounds and Rec Center
|
We need your input!
The City of El Paso is considering grant opportunities to install new playground equipment at city parks, as well as pave the parking lot at the Rec Center / South Pointe Park. The purpose is to make El Paso's Rec Center and city playgrounds accessible to all children, including those with disabilities.

We need your input! Specifically, we want to hear from parents, grandparents, teachers, school administrators, and childcare providers of children with disabilities across our region. These can include any disabilities, such as physical disabilities, autism, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), visual or hearing impairments, or others.
.
Are upgrades to the playgrounds and the gravel parking lot at the Rec Center / South Pointe Park needed? If we receive a grant, which features would be important to you to improve access for your student(s)? Thank you for completing this survey!
