Otter Tail County is developing a Comprehensive Roadway Safety Action Plan (SAP) through the Safe Streets and Roads for All (SS4A) federal grant program. The SAP aims to reduce and ultimately eliminate serious injuries and fatalities on roadways throughout the county, for all users, including people walking, biking, driving, using public transit, or operating commercial vehicles.
