The purpose of this household study is to provide the Pastor and the Pastoral Council with information about parishioners’ needs as they relate to the three pillars of the Church of Nativity:
Praying ---- Learning ---- Caring
The survey is divided into five sections:
1. General Census questions
2. Praying
3. Learning
4. Caring
5. General Comments
You will have an opportunity to provide written comments after Sections 2 through 5. You do not need to put your name on the survey. Your answers will be kept anonymous.
This survey has been sent to every registered household at the Church of the Nativity. A registered household is one that receives envelopes or is registered for online giving. Please complete ONE survey per household. The survey should take approximately 10-15 minutes to complete.
Please submit survey responses no later than June 4, 2018.
