This survey was created to ensure that MWCN’s programs and services meet your needs. It will take about 10 minutes to complete. Your responses will be confidential, reviewed only by an external, independant consultant. A summary of the findings will be shared with MWCN’s board and staff to help them with MWCN’s future strategic planning.
The survey is open between March 31st and May 10th 2025. Please encourage others in the region to fill it in, it takes only 5-10 minutes.
Five $50 grocery vouchers will be drawn from the survey participants. You will be asked to provide your contact information should you wish to be part of the drawing (after the survey is completed).
