The California Product Stewardship Council (CPSC) is a 501(c)3 nonproft organization and California’s leading expert on Product Stewardship and the Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) movement. CPSC, partnering with the County of Marin, is piloting a solar panel reuse and recycling program.
