South Carolina Teacher Attrition Motivation Survey

* 1. You are invited to participate in a research study focused on understanding the experiences of education professionals, including factors that influence job satisfaction and decisions to remain in or leave the profession.



Participation in this study is voluntary. You may choose not to participate or to stop the survey at any time without penalty. The survey is expected to take approximately 5-7 minutes to complete.



Your responses will be anonymous. No personally identifiable information will be collected, and all data will be reported in aggregate form for research purposes only.



There are no known risks associated with this study beyond those encountered in everyday life. While there is no direct benefit to you, your participation may contribute to a better understanding of workforce challenges in K-12 education and inform future improvements.



This study has been reviewed and approved by the Institutional Review Board (IRB) at Doane University.

You are at least 18 years of age.
You are currently or were previously employed in education as a certified employee for at least 1 semester.
