The purpose of this research is to explore issues surrounding ‘change of use’ conversions of existing post-war buildings which are not heritage listed. An aim of this research is to identify, evidence and make recommendations to help increase the uptake of 'change of use' conversion of non-listed post-war buildings. The research is particularly interested in projects which did not progress beyond feasibility stages and were not considered viable.
