The Institute for Child Success has launched this survey to better understand the perceptions and expectations of its internal and external stakeholders. The information collected will help to inform the decisions being made as we strategically plan for the future.

This survey is open for any stakeholder of ICS, including but limited to, board members, staff members, early childhood practitioners, nonprofit professionals, elected officials, funders and researchers.

After the first ten questions, you will be directed to an individualized survey based on how you identify your relationship with ICS. Note: while the entire survey is 58 questions, the total number of questions you will be asked is only 20-25. The more information you are able to provide, the better able we are to understand how to strategically plan for the future. The survey should only take 15 minutes.

All responses will be kept confidential – your answers will not be publicly linked to you in any way.

This survey will close at 5pm on March 15th. Please feel free to share the link with others with whom the survey may apply.
