Welcome to the ICS 2017 online Evaluation - Credit Claim - Certificate process

Thank you for attending the 47th Annual Meeting of the International Continence Society held in Florence, Italy over 12-15 September 2017.

The CME/CPD certificate will be available after completing the online evaluation and credit claiming procedure. The process takes about 10 minutes. We thank you for your feedback as it is an important part of CME/CPD accreditation and helps our future annual meetings.

Before 13 October, 2017:
1. Complete the anonymous online evaluation.
2. Complete the credit claim form and submit.
3. The CME/CPD certificate will be available for download or delivered electronically to each participant who completes the online evaluation and credit claiming procedure after the end of the meeting.
