Petition to restore the ACT's ability to determine its own laws regarding voluntary assisted dying

The ‘Andrews legislation’ restricts the Australian Capital Territory from debating voluntary assisted dying in its own parliament and is outdated and made by federal politicians who do not represent the Territory. The ACT Legislative Assembly should have the same rights as state parliaments.

We the undersigned call on the federal Government to restore the ACT’s ability to determine its own laws regarding voluntary assisted dying.
