Campus Survey

Informed Consent 

Please help us improve partner violence and sexual assault prevention education on Idaho college and university campuses by completing a brief survey. 

Please know that only those students who are 18 years of age or older may complete a survey.

Your participation is completely voluntary and your answers will be anonymous.

Completing the survey should take no more than 10 minutes of your time. You do not have to answer any question or part of a question that you do not wish to answer or that makes you uncomfortable.  You may discontinue completing the survey at any time if you wish.

Your answers will go directly to the research team of the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare and will not be viewed by anyone on your campus.
