Esplanade Park Enhancement and Adaptation Survey

Esplanade Park, adjacent to Capitola Beach, is a vital gathering place for the community. The City of Capitola is developing a Coastal Access Enhancement and Adaptation Plan for Esplanade Park to help the park adapt to sea level rise impacts and other coastal hazards, while also beautifying and enhancing park usability, accessibility, and visitor experience.
