Jamaica District Needs Survey

The Downtown Jamaica Partnership – the business improvement district servicing downtown Jamaica – along with a Steering Committee of committed property and business owners, is exploring the possible expansion of the BID beyond its current boundaries. The goal of the BID expansion is to bring essential services like supplemental sanitation, public safety, marketing, advocacy, placemaking, and events to a greater number of businesses and property owners within the quickly changing neighborhood of Downtown Jamaica. This survey aims to inform the Steering Committee’s exploration of BID expansion. See map for areas under consideration for expansion.
