Who: All Simpcw Registered, or entitled to be Registered, members who live in and around the southern region and lower mainland.

*Note: Hotel rooms will only be provided for participants who are travelling more than 25km to the venue.
**Note: Travel compensation will be provided at $0.29/km. To help offset travel costs, participants living within 25 km of the venue are eligible to receive up to $50.
