Having one caring adult in the life of a child can make all the difference in their success.  SAFE on Main is creating an initiative called Connecting Warren County to help support adults in working with youth and in general to feel more connected to Warren County (Ohio).  The data from this survey will be used to establish a baseline for this campaign.
