Introduction
The purpose of this survey is to assess the climate for diversity in the College of Agricultural Sciences. For the purposes of this survey, we understand climate to mean the way that the College feels for students of all types of diverse backgrounds. It is the academic and professional environment and the way that the environment promotes respect and inclusion for all individuals. The results of this survey will help the College of Agricultural Sciences understand how our students feel in College settings and provide us with the necessary information to improve working and learning conditions for all students.
